05 — Health & Product Disclaimer

Government Warning — According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.

Allergen Notice — Our beverages (including Krem) may contain dairy, coconut, spices, or other natural ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and warnings prior to consumption. Bwason Dous is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review ingredient declarations.

06 — User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under the legal drinking age (21 in the United States).
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any age-verification mechanism, security feature, or server hosting the Site.

10 — Governing Law & Mandatory Binding Arbitration
